ArmourBite® Exchange and Warranty Policy

The ArmourBite® Mouthguard and Mouthpiece is covered under warranty for product failure within the first 90 days of normal use as long as the item has been used as guided and appropriate.  Where the item has been misused and has failed as a consequence, the manufacturer reserves the right to decline to replace or refund the cost of the item.

For reasons of hygiene and Health & Safety regulations, Baselayer cannot exchange or refund the purchase cost of any Performance Mouthpiece purchased except where there is material product failure or defect.

In all other aspects, your rights are preserved in full.
