Vibram® 3D Cocoon™ foot wrap technology moulded into the sole provides rock-stopping protection now extended further into the ball of the foot area.

The Fivefingers® V-Trail™ ensures the perfect balance between foot protection on rugged surfaces with that essential minimalist design and a new and improved Vibram® XS-Trek™ rugged tread rubber sole with an aggressive multi-directional lug tread pattern ideally suited to all muddy trail running conditions.....think 4x4 for your feet!  An even lighter composition than the previous incarnation thanks to new materials, the V-Trail™ is designed to ensure your feet remain secure on the surface you are running come wet or dry.

Strong lace eyelets offer a guaranteed secure fit and a more "conventional" trainer look and feel.

The really clever bit is the super fine integrated Ballistic Nylon 3D Cocoon mesh sandwiched between the foot-bed and the sole that allows for full movement and flexibility, but which reduces the impact of any objects you may meet on your run and spreads the impact over a wide area thereby minimising the risk of piercing the sole composition and offering additional protection to your feet but without compromising on weight.

Striking design pattern with a fully integrated seam free foot-bed, breathable man-made durable upper that's easier to clean and sure-footed security with the more conventional foot opening and quick tie laces.  Machine washable construction for convenience and hygiene.
